The Canva link isn’t working (says “link unavailable”). What should I do?

Can I request a different file size than what’s listed in the product description?
Yes! If you need a different size, please contact me before purchasing with your size requirements. Once I confirm your request, you can proceed with your purchase, and I will provide the customized file via email.
How do I access my digital invitations and templates?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with a PDF file containing a link to Canva, where you can access and edit your template. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to me for assistance.
How will I receive my custom posters, welcome signs, photo signs, or backdrops?
Since these designs are customized to maintain high resolution, you will receive them via email once they are completed. Keep an eye on your inbox for the download link.
How long will my download link be available?
The email link to your PDF file is available for 30 days. If you need access after that, just reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist!
