Return & Refund Policy
At Spark Event Studio, all orders are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless you receive an incorrect item. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at sparkeventstudioinfo@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email sparkeventstudioinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Keep the damaged item along with the internal and external packaging for verification and potential insurance claims.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. To be eligible, the item must be:
✔️ Unused and in its original condition
✔️ Returned in the original packaging
Refunds
Cancelled Orders
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a refund may be issued within 1-2 business days of cancellation.
Returned Incorrect Items
Once we receive the returned incorrect item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to ensure you are 100% satisfied!
